INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS (Outside Australia):

Small items (wallets and cases) will be shipped via standard airmail, Items should reach most destinations within 3-10 working days of dispatch. (Allow 2 days for dispatch from time of order).  This is not a tracked service. A tracked service can be provided at additional cost.  Please email prior to ordering for an exact price if you would like another shipping service.

Large items (bags and lamps only) will be shipped via Australia Post "Pack and Track" Airmail .  Items should reach most destinations within 3-10 working days of dispatch (Allow 2 days for dispatch from time of order for leather or 2 weeks for lamps).  This service is tracked and a tracking number will be provided once the item is shipped.

The purchaser is responsible for all customs and import related duties, tariffs and charges if there any applicable to your country or region. 

DOMESTIC DESTINATIONS (Australia only):

Small items (wallets and cases) will be shipped via Priority Australian Post standard post, Items should reach most destinations within 4 working days of dispatch. (Allow 2 days for dispatch from time of order).  This is not a tracked service. A tracked express post service can be provided at additional cost.  Please email prior to ordering for an exact price if you would like another shipping service.

Large items (bags and lamps and tablet cases only) will be shipped via Australia Post as Regular Parcels.  Items should reach most destinations within 3-10 working days of dispatch (Allow 2 days for dispatch from time of order for leather or 2 weeks for lamps).  This service is tracked and a tracking number will be provided once the item is shipped.  Express post can be provided for an additional cost, please email prior to ordering for an exact price if you would your item shipped express.

Taxes and Import Duties

The purchaser is responsible for all customs and import related duties, tariffs and charges if there any applicable to your country or region.

Lost Items

Items lost in the post are very rare from experience but it has happened.  If it does I have a policy of full replacement or refund at the buyer’s discretion.  For large parcels, tracking provides and easy way to locate your purchase.  Small parcels are not tracked but they are insured.  In order to have a lost item replaced or refunded the process below must be completed:

1. Wait a full 20 working days to ensure the items has not just be delayed.

2. Report the item as lost via email to oomddesign@gmail.com with all relevant details about the purchase, including invoice number.

3. I will send a form via Australian Post to the original shipping address which must be completed and either returned by post or scanned and emailed back to me.  This is to prove the validity of the address.  The Office of Minor Details is not responsible for items lost due to incorrect/invalid address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

4. Once you receive the form, complete and return to the address given.  You must confirm that you did not receive the item.

5. Once the completed non-receipt form has been received by us a replacement or refund can be organised.
